Steel Rebar

Rebar is a processed iron-carbon alloy characterized by high strength, good toughness, and wear resistance. It is produced through hot rolling or cold drawing to enhance its mechanical properties and structural stability. Rebar is primarily composed of iron, with small amounts of carbon and other alloying elements. The presence of these alloying elements imparts rebar with excellent strength, plasticity, and toughness, enabling it to withstand a variety of complex mechanical loads. Consequently, rebar is widely used as a structural material in civil engineering projects such as buildings, bridges, roads, and railways.

Rebar

Rebar is the common name for hot rolled ribbed steel bars. The grade of ordinary hot-rolled steel bar is composed ofHRB and the minimum yield point of the grade. H, R, and B are the first letters of the three words Hotrolled, Ribbed.and Bars respectively. Hot-rolled ribbed steel bars are divided into three grades: Grade II HRB335 (the old grade is 20MnSi), Grade IIlHRB400 (the old grades are 20MnSiV,20MnSiNb, 20Mnti), and Grade IV HRB500.

GR40 Rebar

Rebar with a grade 40 rebar designation offers a minimum yield strength of 40,000 pounds per square inch and conforms to ASTM A-615 performance standards. Its metric counterpart is grade 280 rebar, with an equivalent minimum yield strength of 280 megapascals.

CA50 Rebar

CA50 steel bar is a commonly used building steel bar, mainly composed of carbon, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus and other components. It has good mechanical properties and uniform chemical composition, and is widely used in engineering fields such as building structures, bridges, and highways.

B500B Rebars

B500 steel reinforcement is an important material widely used in infrastructure construction in China, characterized by high strength, high toughness, good welding performance, and seismic resistance. In projects such as bridges, tunnels, and high-rise buildings, B500 steel bars play an important role in bearing and transmitting loads.

HPB355 Rebar

Steel rebar HPB355 material is a high-performance structural steel that combines strength and weldability. Strictly following international standards and improving performance through heat treatment processes such as normalizing/annealing, it is widely used in heavy-duty environments such as construction bridges.

HRB400 Rebar

HRB400,As a model of hot-rolled ribbed steel bars. HRB "is the identification of steel bars used in concrete, while" 400 "indicates a tensile strength of 400MPa, which is the maximum stress that the steel bars can withstand under tension.

GR60 Rebars

Grade 60 rebar offers a minimum yield strength of 60,000 pounds per square inch, or 420 megapascals on the metric grading scale. It also features a continuous line system, with one line running along the length of the bar which is offset a minimum of five spaces from the center.

HRB500 Rebar

Rebar is widely used in building, bridge, road and other civil engineering construction. Large to highways, railways, Bridges, culverts, tunnels, flood control, DAMS and other public facilities, small to the foundation of housing construction, beams, columns, walls, boards.

Rebar Coil

Deformed bars are bars with ribbed surfaces, usually with two longitudinal ribs and transverse ribs evenly distributed along the length. The shape of the transverse rib is spiral shape, herringbone shape and crescent shape.
